A little more Hoffman progress

I've made a little more progress today, adding ears, arms, and lower legs. I'm still pondering costuming options, having a very vague sense of a direction.

She has a sweet face now. It looks like she knows a secret and has not decided if she will tell you.

Hi Carolyn,
Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog! Her lower legs are made from print fabric to represent
colored stockings. She'll be wearing either a skirt or cropped pants, so they will be visible.

The Hoffman Challenge fabric has lots of pretty colors in it, so I decided to use some accent fabrics.
Her legs are a pretty pink with a darker fuchsia print.

I slept poorly last night, working out costume ideas in my head. Not sure how much I'll get done
today.

Thanks, Pam!
I wanted to give her a quirky expression - and I think I succeeded! She'll get a name when I'm all done and she "tells" me what she's to be called.

I have to say she is pretty and awesome. Looking forward to seeing the final result. Her expression is so sweet.

Thanks so much, Jackie! When I'm done manhandling her, I may need to reemphasize some of her makeup.
