Newsletter #36: What Will the New Year Bring?

 https://blue-heron-dolls.ck.page/posts/what-will-the-new-year-bring

We're almost through this interesting year. Hope 2024 will be kinder for much of the world. Me? I plan to spend focusing on family, friends, and creative outlets.

Now that we've made it through Christmas, here are two dolls I couldn't reveal until after the holiday:

New "Enigma" Doll

I finished a new Enigma doll today. Her hair color is one I don't typically use, but  it seemed to suit her well. I really like how her face turned out, so may keep this one for myself.

Newsletter #30: When the Husband's Away...

https://blue-heron-dolls.ck.page/posts/when-the-husband-s-away

I finished another Amity doll yesterday - one I'd started earlier this summer. Made from hand-dyed woven fabric, her size has been reduced from the original design (78%). Her clothing is removable.

The pattern for her sweater is available on my Facebook group in the Files section:

Collette

I just finished one more doll prior to our trip to Bellevue on Monday, to attend ODACA Day. This is Collette. She may become a new pattern - haven't decided yet.
